WTFOI 2010
In 2009, the second year running, the Fiji Outrigger International was hosted in Suva at the USP Aquatic Centre. Entries were lower than 2008 but we still managed to attract 5 overseas teams from Brisbane OCC and Alo-o-Samoa from Pago.
The competition also saw the return to Fiji of four or our top local paddlers who have been competing with teams in Australia and New Zealand. Anthony Halapua, Lorraine Patterson, Mario Mausio and Pauline Benson.
This year the event is being held at Wailoaloa Beach, Nadi. So far we have entries from Hong Kong (13) and Guam (11) with Darwin and American Samoa yet to confirm numbers.
