Air Terminal Services flies in Suva waters - Tuesday 08 September Back to news page
AIR Terminal Services has taken an early lead in the 2009 Business House Outrigger Canoeing competition, which started in Suva, on Saturday.

Under the cloudy Suva skies and windy seas, the Nadi-based team took out first place in the Tanoa grade, followed by Pasifika Communications. Telecom Fiji Limited was third.

The win has put ATS in a comfortable zone before the next event, which will be held in Nadi on October 10.

In the plate, Take Beer was first, followed by Pacific Building Systems and Fiji National Provident Fund I.

Sheraton Fiji won the bowl, while Software Factory was second and Australia High Commission third.

Meet chair, Sheena Hughes said there were two more races to go before the winner was crowned.

"We will have the next race in Nadi on October 10, followed by the final one in Suva on November 14," Hughes said.
